One of many who staff H.M.S.S Nimbus.
Number 7 is responsible for the distribution of Olives, cheesy nibbles and other appetizers to officers and guests before dinner.
His head hook allows him to be stowed in the galley racks with the other crew members when not in use.
(Number 3 is in charge of polishing knobs!)
