The Magician

This mysterious fellow tours the theatres of Retropolis astounding audiences with his masterful displays of slight of hand and close up card tricks.
Unbeknownst to his viewers he has learned to manipulate local spacetime events and so can apparently perform impossible feats of magic.
His mind reading act is also uncannily  accurate.
