Lugger

Working in the Ports and Railway Stations of Retropolis, Lugger is a smaller class of land tug. He can shunt loads many times his own bulk on a collection of specialised trollies and carts.
In his scant spare time he likes to whittle ornate Chess pieces from bits of loose packing crates and dreams of a day when he can finally hang up his quick change couplings for the last time.
