Ballon Head

Ballon headed Mechtorian Painting by Doktor A.

“Theodore Montgolfier”
An unusually short fellow Theodore had developed a terrible inferiority complex. However upon the unfortunate demise of his uncle (he chose the wrong door on an airship) and the inheritance of his not  inconsiderable wealth. Theodore was able to commission a bespoke system which, through the employment of buoyant gases and ingenious cable and pulley arrangements, meant that he is now always the tallest man in the room.
